Planning Applications
The Parish Council is not a planning authority so final decisions on planning applications are the responsibility of South Hams District Council. However, as the Parish Council is a statutory consultee, full details of all planning applications relating to the Parish are sent to the Clerk for consideration by the Council; representations are then returned to the Planning Officer.

How to inspect the plans:-
Parishioners can either…….
a) visit the District Council offices at Follaton House, Totnes [telephone 01803 861234]
OR
b) telephone the Parish Clerk [01752 872538] to check the availability of the Parish Council’s set of plans.
