- Information about local activities and support groups
- A weekly coffee morning
- Information about help with transport so that everyone can join in
Weekly coffee morning
Our weekly coffee morning is held in the Community Hall in Yealmpton Community Centre, Stray Park each Friday from 10.30am until 12 noon. It is run by a friendly team of volunteers who will make you most welcome
Befriending
Our team of friendly befrienders aim to reduce loneliness and isolation within the Yealmpton and Brixton communities. Our team visit people in their own homes to offer companionship and gently encourage them to stay involved in community life. If we can help, please get in touch
Our project relies entirely on volunteers
Could you spare a little amount of time to become a befriender? There is no need to offer a set time commitment. Support and training will be provided.
