River Yealm Regatta

Held in the summer every year, the regatta is an important part of village life. It’s a firm fixture in everyone’s calendar, and sees Newton Creek, Noss Creek and the River Yealm come alive with team rowing and sailing races and events. Organised by the River Yealm Regatta Committee, the festival features a series of events and competitions on and off the water. To participate you must buy a programme and follow the instructions.
