DFPY Fundraising Parish Walk

This year Dementia Friendly Parishes around the Yealm celebrates 10 years of supporting families living with dementia. Caroline and Rob Hirst are joining in to mark the work that this valuable local charity does in our communities. They are undertaking a fundraising 16.5 mile walk on Saturday, 28th May 2022, through the parishes and villages that Dementia Friendly Parishes around the Yealm support.
